Need a quick dip to go with snacks? This one’s an easy recipe that gives a fresh kick to any dish.
fresh coriander (about 1 medium-sized bunch)
fresh mint and parsley (about 1/2 the amount of the coriander, each)
3-4 whole green chillies (depending on how spicy you like it)
5 cloves garlic (or more if you like)
1 T whole cumin
lemon juice (add as you blend it and decide how much you feel you need to use)
2 T coconut oil
salt to taste
Toss all the ingredients into you liquidiser (or blender if you speak Americano) and pulse it to a fine paste. Use as a side to samosas, pies or any savoury. I especially love this in soups!
Its green, fresh and very raw – so eat up.
