Chocolate (Avocado) Mousse

This simple recipe with give you a rich chocolate mousse with an amazing texture:

2 ripe avocados (the smooth creamy sort)
1/4 cup water
3 lightly heaped tablespoons of cocoa (I’m sure fine cacao would work too)
1/4 cup agave/honey/any other sweetener (sugar)

Blend together in food processor/puree maker and voila – healthy chocolate mousse!

    I’ve tried this & its delicious! I’ve used raw cacao & honey so the whole dish was raw. Who would’ve thought one could make delicious sugar free & dairy free chocolate mousse, & so easy!
    It’s very rich so a little bit is enough to satisfy any sweet tooth’s craving.
