4 large medjool dates (or any other soft date)
1/2 cup almond meal
pinch of salt
1 tsp coconut oil
2 tblspns raw cacao or carob powder
Place all ingredients in a food processor/blender and pulse everything together into a paste. I added a teaspoon of water as my mixture was a little stiff. You can use any chopped nuts – I had some left over almond meal after making almond milk.
Spoon small amounts of the paste into the palm of your hands and roll into small balls. Roll in cacao or carob powder.
